Klaus Waldeck, proclaimed musical genius with a doctorate in law, released his first works in the late nineties and, together with artists such as Kruder & Dorfmeister, helped Viennese electronic music to international fame.
Since then he has released seven albums under his label. His greatest success “Ballroom Stories” (2007) is still one of the standards of international club music today.
Waldeck lives out his francophile side together with Valerie Sajdik with the no less successful project “Saint Privat”, which celebrated its comeback last year with the album “Après la Bohème”.
Waldeck's music is characterized by jazz, subtle electronic arrangements and has a very cinematic feel. His compositions can be heard in films (A Simple Favor), series (Dr. House, Grey's Anatomy, Emily in Paris), commercials (Versace, Mercedes) and most recently on the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival 2023. Waldeck's music has been streamed 250 million times to date.
