Sabrina Setlur

Long time icon Sabrina Setlur, a German rapper, songwriter, and actress, is best known for her impact on the German hip-hop scene. Born in 1974 in Frankfurt, Germany, she is recognized as one of the most successful female rappers in German music history.

Setlur's career took off in the mid-1990s when she was discovered by producer Moses Pelham. She released her debut single "Hier kommt die Maus" under the stage name Schwester S, which became a charting hit and established her as a rising star in the German rap scene. Her debut album, S ist soweit, followed in 1995, further cementing her status as a leading figure in hip-hop.
